Eligibility*

Enrolled in a Nationally Accredited Radiation Therapy Program
Participate as a student member of a radiologic professional organization such as ASRT, CART, State or Local Society.

Please complete the entry form in it's entirety. All fields are required except the "Professional Society" and "Membership Number" (enter theses fields if you are not a CART Member).

In addition, per the Essay Competition rules, you need to upload the following documentation:
