Clinical Oncology Review


This review session will cover aspects of the content specifications for clinical concepts in radiation oncology as set by the ARRT for the radiation therapy examination.

Length: 90 minutes

Objectives

  • Participants will learn how to evaluate a patient’s tumor and be able to identify the epidemiology, etiology, signs, symptoms and diagnostic studies relevant to that tumor type.
  • Participants will learn how to classify tumors and identify various treatment options.
  • Participants will learn about the physiology, pathology, anatomy, and metastatic tendencies of particular tumor sites.
